Why this Program?
As we have been watching the Industry
since 13 years plus, over 90% of Diploma Mechanical, Civil and
Architectural Students get placement after taking our vocational CAD
Training Programs. When it comes to Graduates, the same scenario is
continuing , i.e.. over 90% of BE Civil & B.Arch students get placement
after training in our CAD programs. The same is the scenario for B.E.
Mechanical Engineers in Drafting segment, but the scenario in "Design &
Analysis" segment is not that encouraging for fresh Engineers. The
reasons could be as below..
1) Design Jobs require thorough knowledge
in the respective CAD software, as the "Job"
is so.
2) It expects thorough knowledge in
"Drawing Reading" and "Machine Drawing"
Skills.
3) The productivity expectation in this
area is high and so good speed on the software menus is required which
is possible only after working on such software for 1-2 years.
i.e. The Industry expects ~ 3000 Hours of
CAD software expertise, which a fresher cannot have..
So, we observe that only 10% of fresh
Engineers get placed in Core Design and FEA jobs, and the rest have to
work in the same area ...
"Same Area and that's not a Design
Engineer job" means what??
That has to be a CAD Teaching Staff....
That is why we observe many people who get jobs in IT field are the
teaching staff who will obviously perform better than their students in
any interview.
So, we give our students (After interview
with MD & HR Head), an opportunity to work with us as a teaching staff
with which he can improve the job probability from 10% to 90%.
